So! The time has come for me to hang up my imaginary President’s cape and step back from the club as I enter into the final weeks of my pregnancy. My final evening of talking your ears off will be the July Club Night and then I will be slowing down, more than likely saying no to more external events and enjoying the epic changes that are happening/will happen.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your interest in the club, your support, your enthusiasm and for just being you. I am so blessed to have stumbled upon this community. A community within which I have learnt so much more than just gardening. I have learnt how to communicate with people from all walks of life. I have learnt just how important volunteers are in keeping this world turning. I have learnt how important it is to ask for help and I have learnt how important it is to slow down enough to notice the bees in the garden each morning. I know that I will continue to learn from you all well into the future and I look forward to introducing our little one into this amazing support system that will serve as an important building block in a stable foundation of life.
So again, thank you and I will see you all around where possible. Take care and enjoy this amazing weather!
From all of us…….Thank you Petrina for all that you have contributed to Permaculture Noosa and Cooroy Community Permaculture Gardens. Your guidance, your strength, your ideas, your patience and your heart. We will miss you at the helm but look forward to seeing you in the gardens with your new little one.
