This month we see how Permaculture Principles can be applied to a suburban block. The size of your property should not deter you from setting up a Permaculture Garden.
Dan Deighton, a member of the Living Classroom Team, has invited us to visit his property in Cooran. He has joined forces with his neighbour and together they have merged their properties into one.
Dan is passionate about building soils and will show us, amongst other things, how he creates compost using a No-Dig method.
There is so much to see and learn on this small parcel of land!
If you would like to join us for a cuppa and a chat afterwards, please bring a plate to share.
