For all those who enjoyed Sandra’s Cheesy Kale Chips at Club Night last month, this is her recipe (you’re welcome!)!

Ingredients

1 large bundle curly green or purple kale, stems removed, ripped into smaller pieces

1 – 2 tablespoons melted coconut or avocado oil

Seasonings of choice (e.g. pinch sea salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast)

Method

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (107 C). Use convection bake if you have it to speed cooking time and help chips crisp up even more. Could also be done in dehydrator or air fryer.

Rub oil and seasonings on kale and spread out on oven tray or dehydrator sheet.

Cook until crisp or to taste. In oven takes approx. 25 mins.
