Soya Bean Rissoles
1 tsp tamari
1 onion, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped finely
½ cup wheatgerm
1 cup grated cheese
40 gm butter
1 egg, slightly beaten .
½ cup chopped walnuts, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
1 cup soya beans, cooked
Egg and breadcrumbs for coating

Method
Saute onion, garlic and celery in butter.
Add mashed soya beans, egg, wheatgerm, cheese & walnuts and mix well.
Leave to cool then shape into patties.
Coat with egg and breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry in oil or bake in a moderate oven until brown.
