Ingredients 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges ó small onion, finely chopped 1 cup black olives 4 radishes, cut into wedges 1 capsicum, cut into small pieces (minus seeds) 3 cups greens, broken into pieces (eg. cos lettuce, chicory, endive, lettuce) 2 tbs parsley, finely chopped 200 gm feta cheese, cubed Method Mix together all the ingredients and dress with a garlic, lemon juice and olive oil dressing
