1 small green paw paw 100g snake beans 200g cooked chicken meat 1 green chilli 1 red chilli 4tbs lime juice 1tbs fish sauce 2tbs honey 1 clove garlic 1 small piece fresh ginger ltbs chopped roasted macadamia nuts Method Slice the pawpaw finely. Crush beans with a knife and cut into 4cm lengths after removing seeds and peeling. Cut chicken into fine strips and add to beans and pawpaw. finely chop chillies. Combine chillies, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, grated garlic and ginger and mix well. Pour juice over pawpaw mixture and sprinkle with nuts.
